Everything is a big challenge here from inefficient, underqualified, bootlickers and useless HOD's expect a very very few, the good qualified and efficient ones have either left or been forcibly terminated. There is a high level of sycophancy, Directors are absolutely unfit, pompous (they call themselves ','Pandits')(sic), abusive (even to women employees), casteist, dominating, inefficient and downright disgusting.
