Pros
Good compensation and great benefits. The company is growing quickly and working towards standardizing processes and developing training. As a new employee this is encouraging as being new to the industry has been somewhat daunting. All of my managers have a large amount of knowledge and I feel they have set me up for success. I also feel I can rely on my coworkers for assistance if I in need of help. Finally amidst everything going on in with COVID-19 and social movments, MRS has responded very well. They have made arrangements for people to work from home if possible and have looked internally to investigate how MRS can diversify itself.
Cons
You get what you put in. Much of the management is highly experienced and has been apart of the industry for quite awhile which can make you feel left behind. In order to succeed you need to be a self starting individual that can be dynamic and change focus quickly. The company at times does feel that it is going through growing pains. This is what I looked for in a job, but is not for everyone.
