Terrible work environment. Terrible management. Huge lack of people skills. Management encourages lieing and bullying. Building a talent pool for sheet metal because no one wants to ever go back to work in that s h i t hole. They will lay you off the minute they don't need you, or will treat you like garbage until you give up.
