Cons
This companies model is buying other businesses and then destroying them, If it is not their model its what they have managed to do with the last 2 businesses purchased. The work place is both toxic and harmful to mental health. Senior Management do not listen and the company has zero working systems. They implemented service now in a way it does not work and has made a difficult situation unworkable which is being run by people unqualified for their roles. Pay is 30%-40% under market rate and employee's are not treated in a manner to make them feel valued. There is no company bonus scheme or incentives at all. If your company is sold to them just leave and get a new job, do not stick it out as you will regret every minute wasted working for them.
