      They have hired radio people to run a Publishing/Magazine company and all they care about is the $$ bottom line. How do you work for people who don't know what they are doing?

      Autonomous, good benefits, room to learn, access to restaurants, events, etc. through role

      Cons

      No room for growth in title or salary, asking for more is a big risk to staying employed, low pay
