Fast paced company with a lot of work, great employees

Was not doing what I wanted to do as far as career

The office had a relaxed environment. The associates were very nice and helpful. I received sufficient training. There was a reliable structure in the workflow and with management. They provided good attendance and other work related incentives and bonuses.

There is favoritism with certain associates who share similar backgrounds. There is a clear divide between department management and staff. Long term employment is very unlikely, employees come and go like an revolving door.
