      Very updated equipment to work with and excellent training is provided. Good co workers who help each other out.

      Cons

      Alot of away time from family when its busy. Other times there is no offshore work so that means you won't be getting paid.

      bonus every week you show up on time and are there everyday with no accidents

      Cons

      everything else, they say after 90 days you get rolled over from the temp agency to the company with benifits i know people that go over a year and never get rolled over. they treat you like crap and upper management likes to hire their friends who have no clue what they are doing instead of qualified individuals.you never know what time you are getting off until the end of that day and you never know ahead of time if you work saturday or not
