      Pros

      They represent amazing clients like the Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Hawks. Super fun work environment, everyone is super helpful and down to earth. The regional manager took a lot of time with me and tried to help me through a tough time in my life! My mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness.

      Cons

      It is hard work trying to please major companies and there are high standards that you have to meet. And with my mother being ill I couldn't commit to the schedule or standards asked of me.

      Modern Advertising can lead to a stable career if you are goal oriented focused and have a lot of tenacity.

      You work a lot of long hours. Sometimes your goals are continuously pushed back because of others. Your success may depend largely on others

      This company teaches you how to be a better individual mentally and professionally.

      Cons

      The cons would be that you have to work very hard for your dreams, but the hard work definitely is acknowledged, appreciated, and the pay off is amazing. I love the team dynamic and atmosphere with all the employees at Modern Advertising. I am enjoying the relationships I am building, the new skills I am acquiring, and the fast paced individual growth within.
