Pros
Everyone who works here are very friendly with each other and everyone gets along. As long as you do your job and what you're told, you shouldn't have any problems.
Cons
The breaks are decent but sometimes feel too short. When working 6 hours or less, you get a 15 min break and whenever you work over 6 hours, you get a 30 min break. The mangers are constantly making rule changes like telling us we can not switch shifts with someone if something comes up on a day we were scheduled to work. They are also putting the schedule out on Saturdays sometimes which makes it hard to make plans for a Sunday because you don't find out your hours until you go in Saturday, if you even work on that Saturday. The managers also constantly complain about how friendly everyone is to each other and tell us we aren't able to socialize or have a group chat with everyone in it so we can hang out one day. The managers also expect us to be free every day we aren't scheduled and when they call and ask if you can come in and you can't, they get angry at you for making plans on a day you weren't supposed to work.
