Every single thing. Store leaders quit every day. During my time there 6 people left ( one month) . Training is a figment as there is none. The leadership team is micromanaging and they constantly override the previous persons direction. DO NOT WORK HERE. It’s a joke of a company. Customers if you have ever purchased something at this store and haven’t had it delivered they still have your money sitting in the system and won’t refund it unless you ask, and cause a scene. They will not refund your money - they think you forgot about it so why should they. Besides it’s being the right thing to do. Osha rules don’t apply, ethical business policies are not existent.
