Modalyst is for people who want to hit the ground running and do everything they can to help the company succeed. There is a lot of room for growth, and the team is game to try new strategies all the time. As a startup, expect to wear many hats and learn a lot from everything and everyone here. Team is small and tight! Expect to hang out with them and have lots of fun. Also, if you love fashion don't forget that you can buy from the designers represented on the platform.

- Low pay - The company is still fairly new and the business model changed multiple times over the course of my time there which created a lot of internal and external confusion (B2B). - No one on the team was an actual employee though working full-time, complete blurred lines...
