Horrible management, 9-9-5 policy, bad work culture - Anonymous employee Mobvoi Employee Review

Where do I start? The CEO is insane, staring at the excel sheet with employees' clock in/out timings. Mandates that people follow the 9-9-5 routine even when it instigates burn out and many employees have families. No trust is given to employees, supervisors & bosses micro-manage and nitpick at everything you do as and when they want. Working in this company is like walking on thin ice, you never know when you will fall through the cracks. Don't work here unless you are extremely thick-skinned and can take the lack of trust and camaraderie.
