      Pros

      Best people I know, worked at Mobly. Be it the high standard on hiring them, the engineering mindset or Rocket's constant pressure on the leadership. They have the best in class and they give freedom to employees do great stuff.

      Cons

      For a long period of time had no declared CEO, but three founders acting as CEOs together, what just ruins company strategy and provides constant change on direction. Is commom to find people confused about who is really the company leader.

      The company is constantly growing, old technology is being changed and the employers have a chance for get new skills. the main transition is PHP to Micro-services Javascript and Micro-front-end SPA I learned about the Aws services and somethings security
