      Pros

      Stable revenue. Some super smart people and teams. Very sweet and family-oriented culture (like having supper with grandma and grandpa).

      Cons

      No industry leaders. They would never join the company after being interviewed by the team. CEO is the founder and has little understanding of games and software development more generally. He has made almost a decade of bad hiring decisions and acquisitions. The ones who are still in power are actually just vying for his seat. Beyond that, it's been a revolving door in leadership. Solitaire pays for this.

      The culture is great. People are very kind, management trusts employees, and the overall vibe is good.

      Cons

      The base salary is acceptable, but there is no bonus, equity, stock, or a consistent 401k match.

Flexibility and understanding around work-life balance. Opportunities to learn new skills and amazing employee engagement activities.

      Cons

      Cross team communication can be improved as the company grows. Career paths could be more clearly defined for some roles.
