Pros
In the beginning, everything was great. Fantastic coworkers, great starting pay, welcoming management, constructive feedback, promotion potential; just to name a few. I do believe in giving a fair review, thus will say their benefits and time off plan (at least while I was working there) were the best in the business.
Cons
Though COVID took a huge hit on the company, management failed time and again to reconstruct our structure to work. An ungrateful board of directors (now chaired by a previous CEO who tore us apart from the inside) constantly demanded revenue to be higher. However, they kept refusing to approve new-hires in any department, refused to pay those already hired a decent wage for the work needed, and continued to promote and support toxic and unhealthy leadership practices that spread through the entire director department. Every so often, a gold star employee works here. And they fight tooth and nail to make MTI a good company; every day, working with all employees below them to improve the company from the ground up. But it seems the current board and new CEO are allergic to proper business practice and would rather see the company fail while pocketing as much money and paid-for-vacations as they can. Do. Not. Work. For. This. Company.
