Pros
If you truly love animals this will be rewarding to you and your soul. Good way to show love to animals. You will meet some awesome walkers who will work with you on the field.
Cons
Long walks in severe weather especially if weather is too dangerous for biking like snowy, icy conditions. Management prohibits wearing gloves in sub freezing weather so glad I did not have to deal with that. Managers do not keep anything private and regularly gossip about customers, staff publicly to each other. They only hide this when a customer could potentially overhear. They let inexperienced managers run the show which is a huge risk for compliance. Only care about high volume work and not staff issues. Little or no break. Some of the staff you shadow teach you wrong behavior which sets you up for huge reprimand and you will be penalized.
