      With so many paramedics it's easy to get extra shifts

      Cons

      Not very good pto options. You get points if you call in sick that don't go away for a whole year. If you get more than 5 points you get a verbal warning

      Pros

      One of the better private EMS companies to work for as far as pay and equipment goes.

      Cons

      Not particularly felt valued for the amount of work done. Very centered on profits yet not taking basic steps to cut costs.
