Opportunities to make good money with very little experience. Very independent work style. Sometimes will go months without speaking to managers.
Cons
Not very well managed. You are dependent sometimes on people with very little expertise or knowledge of the field. Comission depends on how greedy your manager is because they get the leftovers. You are 1099 which means no benefits.
