Pros
You get minimum wage and benefits. The only thing that made my experience worthwhile were some of the coworkers I met and became friends with.
Cons
I never thought I would waste my time with one of these reviews, but here I am. The list is long. Horrible incentives. The company does not fully train you, but you BETTER not call management asking for help! Any marketing costs must come from you. You need to be able to generate all customers with no help from the company. (but they say they help). No support or coaching on sales techniques. Instead, their way of encouraging you and coaching you is passively threatening your employment. I should have listened to previous employees about this place. What a joke of an employer. I believe the only satisfied reviews from this company are from late, middle aged workers who have no other option but to settle for this slightly above minimum wage salary. For lack of better words, Stockholm syndrome.
