Flexible timings with Work from Home. Dynamic environment to learn and enhance. Various latest technologies to work on. Lots of opportunities to be taken for the willing.

Cons

Too many hierarchy levels in the management system and there is no transparency. Work Life balance is not there. HR policies hardly matter.
