Pros
Salary is one of the stronger points. They are quite flexible when it comes to matching offers and counter offers Office location is convenient and close to the metro
Cons
I joined as an SDE III and honestly ended up leaving within a week. The biggest issue for me was the work culture and manager interaction, From day 1 the environment felt more focused on attendance than outcomes. If you're late by even 20 to 30 minutes be prepared for questions and discussions around applying leave The onboarding experience was probably one of the weakest I've seen. On my first day there wasn't a proper induction plan, my manager was on leave and I spent most of the day waiting around. Apart from the recruiter hardly anyone interacted with me. At times I genuinely felt like nobody knew I had joined Office infrastructure also bad n needs attention. Seating is limited, cafeteria space is too small for the no of employees and washroom opps , public toilets office setup feels more like a converted house than a modern tech workplace , too noisy and smells Overall, if you're joining for the compensation and tech exposure you may find value but culture and employee experience were deal breakers for me
