Pros
- Flexible working schedule
- Interacting with all sorts of travellers
Cons
I worked at this company for too long. Only after experiencing other jobs, later in life, I realized how psychically/mentally draining the Mobiel Centre environment truly was.
Between 2010 and 2016 the office management existed out of soulless clerks with no visible joy towards anything. They demanded their student workers to survey passengers in shifts of respectively 3x2x2 hours. It was forbidden to rest your legs + hourly quotas were set, with 0 empathy from top-down. Meanwhile those managers did not looked very busy.
It felt like conveyer belt work. In retrospect it was a ridiculous trade for the actual money it earned.
