      Great place to grow and build work experience Fun, vibrant, & collaborative work environment LGBTQ+ Free smoothies and the best tasting acai bowls

      Cons

      Not a consistent schedule (but that's common in any food service job) Pay could be better for managers Can be mentally exhausting for introverts/shy people Very messy work and more physical than you may expect
