      Pros

      MoGi offers a very healthy work environment, competitive payment, benefits and utmost respect for your, as a worker. I've never felt that my rights were remotely closed to be pushed to the limits.

      Some clients can be very rought to work with.

      Pros

      Friendly work culture. Benefits aren't half bad. WFH is a godsend in pandemic times.

      Cons

      Adjustment is a bit rough. I found myself setting alarms for onboarding sessions with 12 hours' notice, give or take. Entry level salary isn't great either but it's better than nothing.
