Cons

The expectation to stay flexible across global time zones, which sometimes leads to longer hours and uneven work-life balance. Depending on the team, inconsistent management practices can also make workloads feel less predictable.

Pros

MoEngage has provided an environment that fostered both personal and professional growth. I started here with no experience within the SaaS Industry and new to the SDR function. Through support of leadership, cross-functional teams, and colleagues I was not only able to excel in my role but grow from SDR to SDR Team Manager.

Cons

Smaller start up type company which allows for more flexibility in some areas but can also lack some of the defined structure/processes of a traditional enterprise.
