some of the products are superb, industry leading - often introducing new technologies ahead of the competition, but failing to capitalise due to lack of marketing investment
Cons
Run by a multitude of accountants, so the only objective is always cutting costs. Staff morale very low. HR policies (such as access to free product, staff behaviour) are applied on a "who you are" basis and not according to the policies applicable to all.
