Excellent perth based HVAC company to work for, best experience in long time career in company, learned alot in that time. Gives oppotunity to new and entry level individuals so they can grow in the field. Most companies ask for experience which is understandable. But there should be a graduate program in every company to give people a chance. It changed my life.
Cons
Let you work alot by yourself, you really need to ask for help sometimes. Managment doesnt seem to pick if someone is struggling on the job.
I kinda learn alot this way. But it can improved.
