      Awesome B corp with good values. Leadership operates a steady ship even in Covid times. Coworkers are fun and invested in quality output. Many leadership roles in stores and HQ are filled from promoting from within.

      Cons

      As the pandemic ends, more help will be needed in certain departments to meet growth needs.
