Pros
- They try to give you benefits like extra days off based on how long you've been there, personal budget for travel, sports & self improvement and medical package - Company events - Quite a few nice collegues to work with
Cons
- Aviation partner is terrible to work with - The culture can be a bit like a cult: if you don't fit in, you really don't fit in, but the people that do seem to blindly love it - The pay is not good and but they try to make it seem like it is - which makes it worse in my opinion - No proper hierarchy or leadership. They give you more responsibility and extra projects but no tools to do it with and there's no one to support you. Tip: This might be your place if you're not the sensitive type and you like working autonomously under pressure, or you're the type that can just avoid responsibility and be in your own world hacking away while juggling the ever-changing priorities and mountains of scope creep.
