Pros
Honesty I can't think of anything other than the low level employees are great to work with. Management is another story.
Cons
High expectations with no guidance and no overtime allowance. Can't understand their own pay structure so don't ask any questions. Micromanaged with little to no active upper management involvement. On floor management is either clueless or overburdened with overflow from other inept managers.
