Pros
Beautiful island, so many fudge shops, golf courses, very fun to bike around the island
Cons
Mission Point Resort: communal living is living with 5+ roommates, separated by shower curtains with one central light & different start times (aka being woken up for the 5am shift, the 9am shift, & so on. Also communal shower. Oh did I mention, you’re 5 floors underground? I’m talking walking 5 flights of stairs to a dungeon with NO windows at the start and end of every day. The cafeteria is reliable- in that you can expect the same dish every single day, and don’t worry- you’re paying for that and the room! if there’s a rat in your room, it’ll be up to you to amazon ship a rat trap! are you a student and maybe have classes to work on? I hope you’re comfortable in the 6x6 square of a bedroom because you are not allowed to be seen anywhere on property when not working! So no eating at the restaurants or studying in the lobby. You aren’t allowed to use the gym or the pool either for that matter. You feel like “the help” more than ever here.
Island in general: You are stuck on the island and have to pay to get off, it’s difficult and expensive to receive packages, there’s island tax and everything is expensive
