Pros
Salary was great for Ohio. Management takes a very hands off approach which is useful not getting nagged on the daily with administrative tasks, Flexible schedule as long as you turn in 80 hours during a 2 week period.
Cons
Contractor position and all the positions were the same level, no tiers outside of a team lead who was really just the lead as far as submitting time cards. Management were not local so it can feel very isolating, I never really felt like I actually worked for them because the government point of contact was our functional manager/ the only person I was interacting with on a day to day basis. Benefits outside of salary were nothing to write home about.
