      -Made some short-term connections -Hired without an interview

      Cons

      -Terrible supervisors/bosses -Check-in app barely functions, requires you to have mobile internet and accurate GPS on - Terrible work opportunities, supervisors will blatantly lie to you to keep you -Doesn't value the employee -Constant false promises from all level of leadership -No benefits, healthcare plans are terrible, no education benefits, etc. -No raises, no bonuses, not competitive -Poor salary

      None company is full of corruption

      Leadership has underbid lied about size of company and employees to qualify for certain government contracts ! And gave subcontracts / minority contracts to family member of people already working with MCS! Lots of nepotism!! Gil jr is a racist and only gives high position to people he knows !! It’s a who who - lots of infidelity within departments and leadership is aware!! Program managers with internal staff
