I could not imagine somewhere better for me to experience fashion field, influencers, models during my college time. I learnt and still learning a. lot of things to shape my future career and my perspective. There are definitely enough room for everyone in the team to learn, grow and find our path to be much more successful. The respect you receive is not related to your work title but everyone accept each other as team member and work in very motivated and great environment.

There are nothing important to affect me or make me uncomfortable l while working.

First off, they dont have a real HR team, so don’t let that one review fool you. Second, they pay and treat their employees terribly, we were doing work that wouldnt exist if they had only streamlined their operational processes, and they just aren’t open to that sort of feedback and are so stuck in their ways. They don’t have a strong opportunity to grow and that’s purely because no one that works there has the mindset of “we can be better”. No personal career growth opportunities.
