Pros
I personally enjoy the pace, Senior Management team make a real effort to include all staff in decisions and you really feel like you are included in the process. One of the few places that I have worked where I feel that my opinions and feedback are reviewed by the senior team and if valid, are executed on, it makes you feel like you are really part of the journey so I've gotten a lot of accomplishment from my role seeing my suggestions being implemented in the business. The best team culture of any company I have ever worked for.
Cons
This business certainly doesn't stand still, processes and plans change quickly, and frequently. For some people that can be daunting and frustrating, and I have seen others struggle. Wish I could interact more with my co workers but given the company is remote amazed by the relationships I have.
