The work culture is positive and collaborative, making everyday tasks more enjoyable and meaningful. The management is highly supportive and approachable. My manager, in particular, always provides helpful feedback and encourages personal and professional growth. I've had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that helped me sharpen my SEO skills and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing.
