This is a small family owned company that generally cares about their employees well being.
Flexible with schedule
Office is a good location and mostly a good environment.
Benefits are decent for such a small company.
Cons
Being a family owned company, nepotism is rampant and blatantly on display with no regard for employees who work diligently, often going above and beyond what their job title entails.
If you’re a woman, don’t except to be treated. If you do have a good idea, the credit will be given to whoever the highest level male that is involved in the meeting.
Refuse to do annual reviews.
No annual raises.
Bonuses (Xmas only at this point, nonexistent otherwise) are based on nothing. One employee can get a $200 Xmas bonus while another will get two months pay.
Waste a lot of time on new projects and ideas that the owners come up with. Only to scrap it next time they have a new idea a few weeks later.
No HR dept.
Low pay for area and amount of work being done by employees.
No advancement.
Owners flaunt wealth while employees have to literally beg for weeks just to get a meeting to discuss salary.
