Insane CEO - Executive Assistant Miramax Employee Review

CEO is truly the most illogical person I've ever met in a professional capacity. Makes completely insane decisions that make no sense and will flip-flop even when thousands upon thousands of dollars are at stake. Will scream at other executives in the office and they're all scared of him and also make poor/illogical decisions as a consequence. Projects aren't as great lately. No development department so when they "promote" people to creative positions they just lay them off less than a year later.
