There is no pros. Very bad career choice.

Cons

• Very small company (Size <100). • No growth personally of professionally. Very less or no work on a daily basis. • Very old technology and legacy code. Vb.NET in 2018 really!!! • One man show. The Management make and break rules as per his choice. • A lot of politics and favoritism. • No formal policies as HR are for just namesake. • Three months’ Notice period. • No job security. You are fired anytime and said that our business is in loss so we are downsizing. • Too much micromanagement. They will monitor your break times also and you will be questioned for “Too many” breaks.
