Pros

Most of the people who actually do the work are smart and nice. They do a great job of recruiting conscientious people they can gaslight and exploit for a few years before they can't take it anymore. Really the only reason you should ever consider working here is if you can't make friends except through trauma bonding.

Cons

It's hard to do this without really going off, and it's covered pretty well in the other reviews, but everything about it is a con. You should assume any recent positive reviews were written by managers or people who just started and are still training, so don't understand what the job is actually like. This is one of the worst white collar jobs, period. I'm only writing this because the rating is still way too high. They need to add a zero star rating.

Pros

Really interesting people, from all over the world Only two days a week in the office

Cons

No time to talk to the interesting people Why are there so few people of color? Only three days a week at home Varying intensity of workload; some days you're frantically rushing to meet a deadline. I think burnout and turnover must be high. Procedures are etched in stone
