      Good pay, great benefits, and well organized

      Cons

      Work load was a bit much but to be fair, Covid played a big role in that.

      *Competitive benefits *High standards *No micromanaging *Top flight quality *VERY happy customers.

      Cons

      We have run out of land and I don't want to relocate for family reasons. So I'll have to go to a lesser quality company.
