Pros
- The people: Minted does a great job of hiring staff who fit Minted's culture and help grow it. You will rarely ever meet a coworker who is unpleasant to work with, and will often have a ton of fun in meetings. - The community: The artist community is amazing, and particularly for me a big driver to motivate me to do my best work. If you find yourself in the Artist Relations team, you will have an extremely close relationship with the community, through the good and the bad! - The growth opportunities: Being that my team was small, growth was very flexible. You may be encouraged to work with your manager to get on a track that makes sense for you and the interests you have.
Cons
- The workload: Given the seasonality of the business, work can sometimes pick up heavily during the peak periods of Holiday and Wedding.
