Pros
1. Ideas are heard and and valued, regardless of your role/seniority. Employees are not expected to step outside of their job scope but are rewarded for taking initiative and thinking outside the box 2. Flexible work arrangements, management is receptive and does not micromanage as long as things get done 3. Office environment is relaxed and positive, everybody gets along and there are no office politics. Positive work culture is emphasized 4. There are opportunities for progression. Senior management is encouraging and good to work with.
Cons
1. Very high workload as there is not enough manpower. It is hard to get all work done within working hours 2. Office is not very comfortable, though it is in a central location 3. Pay is not as high as other companies in this industry
