      (note, these pros may not hold true anymore as the company is in the middle of integrating itself with T Mobile) * Fully remote * Middle management rocks * Devs are very open minded and collaborative, made it a fun experience * Good tech stack * Good severance pay * Unlimited PTO and good WLB * Very few night time deploys

      Cons

      * upper management sucks * Big disconnect between Product and Engineering in terms of deadlines, how to prioritize work, etc.
