Physicians are outstanding and truly want to help each patient.

Management and Hr play narratives that benefit only themselves. There is no safe space for conversation and the moment someone in management doesn’t like you for personal reasons, they will all gang up on you to make you feel out of place. No one has a clue how to manage and the place will fall apart under the current leadership team.
