Pros

The only thing that is decent here is the microwave. That's it

Cons

If you are at a dead end and want to find some way to get money. Go here. But here are some cons: - They don't care about you: At my place, they don't even have water for employees (the manager has to buy a pack for the team), they don't even have any benefits (employee discounts,...), you have to do loss prevention and if something happens to you... well, you're on your buddy. - A Rotting System: People at the office and oh god the AREA manager is the worst. Those people will throw in your face some unrealistic deadlines, and workloads and tell you to finish it before closing time, And guess what they don't even pay you overtime during July and October for the reason "employees have to use the time more efficiently" while they just keep throwing new promotion on our faces every two weeks. It's just embarrassing to work under those who have no idea how to lead or inspire a successful team. With all being said, my colleagues and the manager are probably one of the few good things to say here but everybody was miserable and it felt like they wanted to hit a tree at 120 mph every time they stepped they clocked in.

Pros

It's fun to see what inventory we'll get, and it's fun product to sell. Coworkers are great to be around.

Cons

Upper management is horrible. 3 months into the store manager being fired, with no new SM in sight. When higher-ups come in to help, they are hard to communicate with, often giving off a harsh attitude. They will say everything that is wrong with the store with no positives. We were told to fill a particular IP because it was light when we had no inventory to fill it with, which they must have missed during their visit. The store was once sent so much shipment that we had to fill our bathroom with bags of inventory. The electricity went out once because the bill wasn't paid. Very little training is provided. Management would rather work a skeleton crew into the ground than care about employee turnover.
