Pros
Met some great people, got to build a network of great contacts from all over the world. Area and ops managers always took the time to very thoroughly explain processes, policies and company updates to make sure people were clear.
Cons
Lots micromanagement, no trust, constant change of plans, poor communication between departments and everything is the store team's fault. Often being watched on cctv from their phones. Big Brother much?
