Thank you for taking the time to review our company on Glassdoor although, of course, we are extremely disappointed to hear that you feel this way.
We fully recognise that, as an organisation, we are a “work in progress” and still have a lot to do and are working hard to improve things all of the time – it was good to see that there at least a couple of things which you feel we are doing well. The recent engagement survey, in which 95% of employees participated, highlighted some particular areas to focus on – Innovation, Leadership, and Career Development are all areas that were called out for attention and work are already underway on these topics. In the meantime, we will continue to run events like Hackathon to provide an opportunity for everyone to contribute ideas, and will also continue to invest heavily in the development of Managers and employees across the business. We would be delighted to hear your personal suggestions and ideas for how we can improve so please do share them directly with your manager, your Exec team member, or someone from the P&O team.
