The management level keep firing capable workers and the useless team leader keeps getting promoted.

-Nobody cares if you’re late or leave early -Nice colleagues, good vibe, no office politics drama (at least for junior staffs) -Canteen have discount for employees -Low stress, rarely need OT, can leave early

- Incompetent management and team leaders, lacking leadership and management skills - Don’t be fooled by “culture” in the company name. work is mostly about bank promotions, gossip news, and luxury brands, not every content really related to culture - Decisions frequently changed at the last minute, leaving employees with insufficient preparation time - Customer-facing roles offer little room for creativity or input. No need to use your brain , just follow the orders - Sales team offloads their responsibilities to editors, acting merely as message forwarders, with editors receiving no additional benefits or respect - Office is far, old, toilets often broken
