      Pros

      Lots of purpose was involved in the work due to the impact of the Minerva Project on Minerva University- where I was a student. Everything was quite new so there was lots of room to create and improvise. Flexible working hours that were easy to manage with school workload.

      Cons

      DSO was overworked, way too much on the plate of just one person. Lack of organization and documentation to make knowledge transfer easier.
